Naif Mohammed Alayed

Mr. Naif has joined SABIC in 2008 and has an extensive experience in Corporate HR and business development. He has done multiple leading roles within HR including Business Partner director for Corporate Functions and SBUs collaborating with business leaders to implement strategic programs to achieve business results. Naif has led several corporate programs and transformation initiatives that include new operating models, entity standalone and enterprise integrations in addition to company-wide restructuring activities.
He is currently the GM CEO Affairs, working directly with CEO providing an intelligence and strategic advices on external engagements and profiles related to boards and committees, regional and International business councils and associations. Naif sets on several committees in public and private sectors.
Before joining SABIC in 2008, Naif had a long career in the National Information Center (NIC-MoI) where he served in different leading positions, including: Beneficiary Affairs, Applications and Information Security where he played a significant role in building the infrastructure and enhancing the user experience for Saudi nationals and residence of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Naif holds a dual Master of Business Administration from Columbia University in the state of New York and London Business School, and Bachelor Degree of Information System from King Saud University, and completed a number of executive education programs at Harvard Business School, London Business School, Columbia Business School and INSEAD.
