Nadeen Matthews Blair is an AI and Digital Transformation Educator, Consultant, and Executive Coach who helps leaders and organizations build confidence in using AI responsibly and effectively. As CEO of Crescent Advisory Group Limited, she designs and delivers highly rated AI training workshops, masterclasses, and executive training programs, along with AI and digital transformation strategies and sustainable execution frameworks that help organizations achieve measurable results.

She supports clients across the Caribbean, West Africa, and the United States in integrating people-centric AI and digital solutions and capabilities that enhance productivity, innovation, and competitiveness. With more than 20 years of leadership experience at McKinsey & Company, JPMorgan Chase, and National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCB), Nadeen has led AI-powered digital transformation initiatives that show how strategy, technology, and people combine to deliver real-world impact.

At NCB, she launched the Caribbean’s first Agile Software Development Lab and introduced AI-powered tools such as facial recognition for onboarding, machine-learning models for pre-approved lending, and chatbot-driven customer engagement, transforming the customer experience and accelerating digital innovation.

As Chair of the Jamaica Artificial Intelligence Association (JAIA) and Co-Founder of iamtheCODE Caribbean, Nadeen focuses on digital and AI upskilling, expanding the pool of AI and digital builders, fostering research and innovation, and advocating for ethical, responsible, and sovereign AI. Through iamtheCODE's partnerships with organizations such as Microsoft, Coursera, the United Nations, and the Mastercard Foundation, she helps democratize access to AI and digital education across the English-speaking Caribbean.

As a recognized international speaker, Nadeen has presented at global forums sponsored by UNESCO and UNDP, where she advocates for greater AI inclusion for the Caribbean and Small Island Developing States (SIDS). She works to ensure that underrepresented voices actively shape the future of AI and gain access to its transformative potential.

Nadeen holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and certifications in Applied Generative AI for Digital Transformation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Our AI-Driven Future: Prospects and Pitfalls from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

A LinkedIn Top Voice for AI and Digital Strategy (2024) and World Economic Forum Young Global Leader alum, Nadeen frequently contributes columns, blogs, and insights across digital platforms to inform, educate, and empower professionals and policymakers to use AI for inclusive growth.
