Musab Abdullah has almost two decades of experience in both the public and private sector and is currently Director of ICT Business Development at the Economic Development Board in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
His experience encompasses working on strategy and cross-sector alignment in a number of sectors including eGovernment services, finance and banking, telecommunications and ICT. Most recently he has worked on developing and implementing national policy for the telecommunications sector, with a particular emphasis on ensuring sustainable economic growth and effective competition. He has also spent over 8 years representing the Kingdom and the Arab region in the International Telecommunications Union, where he has successfully facilitated cross-regional dialogue on technical and economic concerns for the mutual benefit of all stakeholders.
