Having 9+ Years of Experience in the field of Management/ HR Consulting, Organization Development , Talent Acquisition & Retention and Top Management Strategy. He has pursued B.Tech and PGDM in HR from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.

He believes in Action and so is his company Stratefix Consulting which is a disruption in the consulting industry, known for strategic implementation in SMEs segment. He has been part of several successful interventions in companies who wished to grow further by and break the shackles of Saturation in Business.

Currently he is also a part of World Economic Forum and the curator of Global Shapers Community, Surat;having presence in 450 cities across Globe.
