Mohammad Choucair obtained his Ph.D. from the University of New South Wales in 2010. In 2011 he received the Royal Australian Chemical Institute Cornforth Medal for the most outstanding Chemistry Ph.D. thesis in Australia. In 2012 he moved to the University of Sydney where he is now a University Fellow and a Councillor of The Royal Society of New South Wales. His interests are in the ad hoc production of advanced materials for energy storage and use.
