Matt Snyder serves as Senior Vice President, Internal Audit, Compliance and Risk Management, for Centene Corporation, a diversified, multi-national healthcare enterprise that provides a portfolio of services to government sponsored healthcare programs focusing on under-insured and uninsured individuals. In this role, he oversees internal audit, compliance and risk management including ESG addressing challenges via innovative approaches and sustainable solutions.

Prior to joining Centene, Mr. Snyder was a Partner in a global audit and consulting firm. He has more than 25 years of experience characterized by increasing levels of leadership, influence, and accomplishments within leading organizations interacting with executive leadership, boards and audit committees.

Mr. Snyder received a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Administration from Alma College and a Master's of Business Administration from Wayne State University. His certifications include PMP, CISA and CRISC. Additionally, Mr. Snyder serves as a Director on the Board for the Felton Institute.
