I am co-founder and CEO of Entrepreneur First, which is Europe's leading pre-seed investor in deep technology startups.

Entrepreneur First has pioneered a new model of company creation, where we select and fund individuals "pre-company" and work intensively with them for six months to support them to build a team and validate an idea. Using this model, we've built over 50 companies that have collectively raised tens of millions of dollars of venture capital.

I'm particularly interested in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Outside Entrepreneur First, I sit on the boards of the non-profits Code First: Girls (which I co-founded) and Techfortrade.
