Mandisa is the Head of Stakeholder Relations at Old Mutual Limited, responsible for
driving the Group’s ongoing engagements with its primary stakeholders while
employing a stakeholder-inclusive model across all markets. In her previous roles at
Old Mutual, Mandisa served as the Group Marketing Manager to Old Mutual plc
(while on secondment to the Group’s former Head Office in London) and the
Executive Assistant to the Managing Director for Retail Affluent.
Mandisa holds an MA in International Trade and Investment Policy from the Elliott
School of International Affairs at The George Washington University, which she
earned whilst on a Fulbright scholarship in the USA. Mandisa believes that enabling
organisations to develop and maintain strong social and relationship capital bases is
an integral part of securing their financial performance. As a result, she is passionate
about promoting active corporate citizenship and fostering collaborative
approaches to solving Africa’s social challenges.
