Since 2002, has hosted or co-sponsored a series of international or domestic conferences on religion and rule of law, including Symposium on the Issue of House Church in China (2008). 2004, set up Chinese website, Pu Shi Research for Social Science, on religion and politics, religion and law as the only one on such topics in the Chinese world (www.pacilution.com). Influential advocator in China for religious freedom and rule of law; 2013, completed a draft of legislation on religion in China that is considered to be the first draft of legislation of religion by a private organization in China.
