Leila is a Group Director of DP World’s Group Government Relations and Public Affairs department. Leila holds a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from The University of Law, London. She has completed a Diploma of Education in Business & Supply Chain Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and Certification from LSE in Business, International Relations & Political Economy.

Leila has a demonstrated history of working in the Supply Chain & Trade Industry, External Relations, Communications and Public Affairs with previous roles in Group Business Development & Corporate Finance M&A as well as Legal work experience in leading international law firms and institutions. Leila also sits as an Advisory Board Member of Amaly Legacy and has also been appointed as a Non-Resident Fellow of Observer Research Foundation Middle East.

Under her current scope for DP World, she leads business development, project management, strategic partnerships and diplomacy with global multilateral organisations and government. She as leveraged her international experience to drive impactful engagement at Expo2020, World Government Summit, COP, WEF Davos, UNGA and is the BRICS Business Forum UAE National Chapter Secretariat.
