Leigh is chief of staff to the president and co-chief operating officer of Goldman Sachs. Previously, she oversaw communications for the firm's global impact investing platform, including the Goldman Sachs Foundation and Urban Investment Group. Leigh joined the firm as a vice president in 2014 and was named managing director in 2017.

Prior to joining the firm, Leigh was director of Corporate Communications at GE, where she led strategy and external communications for the company's global digital industrial initiatives and helped advise leadership on strategy. Before that, she was communications director at CBS News.

Leigh earned a BJ from the University of Texas at Austin.
