Began career with KPMG as an auditor. 1994, joined PepsiCo China; has served in many different staffing and operating management roles in finance, marketing, beverage bottling and foods operations; 2008, appointed Area Vice-President, PepsiCo Beverages, South China; since 2011, General Manager, PepsiCo Greater China Foods Operating Company; since Sept. 2013, Chairman, Greater China Region, PepsiCo, to oversee the beverages and foods business.
