Jürgen leads European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training, a decentralised EU agency supporting the promotion, development and implementation of EU’s policy in vocational education and training, as well as skills and qualifications policies. Before joining Cedefop, Jürgen served for 20 years in various HR roles at Siemens. He has a strong background in human resources management with a particular emphasis on learning and education, work-based vocational education and training programmes.
