Juliana is the Director and Global Head of Strategic Partnerships and Events at Kearney. She has a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion and in supporting both organisations and individuals to create a better, fairer world where we all have an equal chance to participate.

In her current role, she leads teams that develop and manage the company’s global partnerships to advance thought leadership and social impact and support businesses and leaders as they seek to address the differing societal, economical and environmental challenges.
