Master's degree graduate from Renmin University of China, with extensive experience in government industrial departments. Currently in charge of the sci-tech innovation sector of Shanghai West Bund Development Group, leading the ground-up establishment of “Shanghai Foundation Model Center”—China’s first foundation model innovation ecosystem community, and participating in the development and operation of incubators such as Shanghai Blockchain Technology Innovation Center.
