Jil Hellmann Regouby is a fifth generation shareholder of the 3PL Hellmann Worldwide Logistics (HWL) and co-founder of ElectroFleet, a sustainable energy provider focused on decarbonizing the transport sector. Passionate about family business responsibility, she aims to leverage her privileged position to drive progress. After university, Jil worked on poverty alleviation through market-based approaches like microfinance in Peru and Honduras. From 2009 to 2017, she held various operational roles at HWL, based in the USA and Hong Kong. She then shifted focus to family governance while raising her family and completed her Master’s degree. In 2022, she joined the Supervisory Board, where she concentrates on the long-term owner strategy.
