Degree in International Relations and Master's in Business Administration. More than 20 years' experience in consultancy, development and implementation of public policies in Latin America. Has contributed to dialogue to unite people, promoting consensus for Panama's development. Formerly: more than 15 years with the United Nations Development Programme as Country Programme Manager for Panama; later, was part of the team that designed and executed the 2000 Panama Agreements, which agreed to the national legislation for creating the Panama Canal Authority; 2007, ended career at the United Nations as Director, National Agreement of Development; member of the national negotiating team for several regional political efforts, Ministry of Foreign Relations of Panama; international consultant for the United Nations Development Programme as member of the regional experts team; 2010, Independent Facilitator, national dialogue process created by the Presidency of the Republic to reform Law 30.
