Hong Yew joined Roche Diagnostics in 2001 as an Applications Specialist, steadily advancing through senior leadership roles across local and regional divisions. His global impact includes a key assignment in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, as International Product Manager in 2013, where he drove international product launches for flagship diagnostic solutions, including the cobas® 8100 automated series, cobas® connection modules, and navify® Lab Operations.

Formally trained in Biomedical Science and Medical Technology, Hong Yew was appointed to his current leadership role in 2021. He focuses on driving resilient organizational growth while advancing thought leadership to transform tomorrow’s laboratory landscape and deepen customer partnership across the healthcare value chain.
