I design food infrastructure, not as products.

After 40 years learning and building food ingredient and technology companies, brands, and global production networks, one insight became unavoidable to me:

The biggest bottleneck in food is no longer technology, capital, or innovation but the system that connects ingredients, formulation, validation, production, data, and local market access, anywhere in the world.

That is why my work today is focused on Food Infrastructure-as-a-Service (FIaaS) - the next level beyond Food-as-a-Service moving towards a global, AI-driven, human-in-the-loop operating system for food and personalized nutrition.

A system where:
– any food idea can move from idea → test → validation → local production → market launch in under 90 days,
– on a global network of local, identical food innovation and production hubs operating under one quality standard,
– with full transparency from powder-based food ingredients → food product → human impact and
– in close collaboration with local entrepreneurs, formulators, food producers, retail chains and communities.

This is not about centralizing power but about reshuffling the food system so value is created locally and coordinated globally.

I work with and speak to:

– governments, NGOs, and impact investors
– infrastructure, energy, and digital platform companies

All aligned around one mission = Feeding more people, in more places, sustainably by turning food into a shared global infrastructure.
