Helen holds a degree in Oceanography, diploma in psychology and a masters in environmental technology specialising in business. She started work on feasibility studies for renewable energy projects moving to environmental policy governance for an energy company before joining Old Mutual. Helen has seen the understanding of Responsible Business develop from basic compliance to real add value programmes. She leads the Old Mutual Positive Futures Plan focusing on enabling financial wellbeing and responsible investment and is working on transitioning the programme into the businesses alongside the managed separation strategy.
