Goodness Ogeyi Odey is a dedicated Public Health Practitioner with a fervent commitment to advancing health system strengthening and promoting equitable engagement to foster global sustainable development and universal health coverage, particularly in the African context. She is a distinguished Chevening Scholar currently pursuing her Master of Science in Health Policy, Planning, and Financing at two prestigious institutions renowned for their expertise in Public Health and Social Sciences: The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

In 2022, Goodness achieved the remarkable honor of receiving the Diana Award, the highest recognition for young individuals engaged in social action, which stands as a lasting tribute to Princess Diana's legacy. This award acknowledges her exceptional contributions to championing health equity in Africa through her advocacy, pioneering research, and sustainable interventions. Additionally, in the same year, she was bestowed with the International Conference on Family Planning (ICFP) Trailblazer Award, a testament to her significant leadership and innovative contributions to family planning, as well as sexual reproductive health and rights (SRHR). Currently, she serves as a prominent co-chair of the ICFP Power-shifting subcommittee.

Above all, Ogeyi is a child of God, and evidently more than than the eyes can see.
