Gastón is Coordinator in the Ministry of Education of Buenos Aires State. He work in "Red de Escuelas de Aprendizaje", a center of learning innovation where made pilot programs in 2000 public schools to improve the educative situation. Until 2019, Gastón was also project manager and coordinator of M&E in El Desafio Foundation, an NGO based in Rosario Argentina & The Netherlands. He had coordinated an Academy for Institutional Development for 50 NGOs of San Nicolas City.

Gastón is scholar of the Rosario Board of Trade, studying a magister in Transport Management and Politics at UNSAM. He has a degree in Management and Logistics at UNR. He is Outgoing Curator of Global Shapers Rosario and in last years he has been selected to participate in international conferences as WEF, Intel ISEF, SABF, ERASMUS+, VIVA Trust Conference or SMIC. He was member of Ashoka Youth Venture Argentina, organizer of Rosario StartUp Weekend and alumni of Amartya Sen Program.
