Assistant Professor, Fordham University

BSc in Cognitive Neuroscience, Brown University; MSc and PhD in Psychology - Cognitive Neuroscience, Harvard University. Formerly: Postdoctoral Fellow, Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences, University of California, Santa Barbara; affiliated with the Institute of Collaborative Biotechnologies. Currently, Faculty, Psychology Department and the Center for the Neural Basis of Cognition, Carnegie Mellon University. Uses neuroimaging methods (functional magnetic resonance imaging, magnetoencephalography, electroencephalography, intracranial electrocorticography) to examine how high-level vision is resolved in the human mind and brain. In collaboration with the Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon University, has applied artificial vision models to help explicate the code used by the brain to process and represent the rich visual world in which we live.
