Danish Ajmeri is an experienced crypto and product leader and is currently the Head of Crypto at Wealthsimple (Canada’s largest fintech unicorn). In his four years at Wealthsimple, Danish has built and launched two of Wealthsimple’s leading products (Trade and Crypto) that now serve 2+ million users. Danish is also deeply passionate about crypto and web3 and has been actively involved in the ecosystem since 2017 as an angel investor, advisor, and mentor. Prior to Wealthsimple, Danish was on the Product and Business Operations and Strategy teams at NerdWallet and started his career at Boston Consulting Group in Toronto. Danish was also recognized as a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum and graduated with an HBA from Ivey Business School in 2013.
