Conrod Kelly’s career includes commercial leadership roles at Merck and at GlaxoSmithKline. He is Executive Director of Social Determinants and Population Health at Merck, leveraging the social determinants of health to make healthcare more equitable among underserved populations to improve patient and population health outcomes and drive sustainable business and societal value. In 2020, Kelly was recognized by Medical Marketing and Media as one of the Top 40 Under 40 in Healthcare. Other achievements include the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Media Award and the Milken Institute School of Public Health at Georgetown University Top Black in Healthcare Award. Kelly promotes diversity, equity and inclusion, especially as it pertains to public and population health. He serves on the Executive Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters – Independence region, the Social Determinants of Health Taskforce at the World Economic Forum, and the dNetwork Steering Committee at the Diatribe Foundation. Kelly is the author of "STAGED! A Four Step Process to Stand Out in Your Personal and Professional Life" and "RESTAGED: A Mental Model for Personal and Professional Growth". Kelly holds an MBA from Florida A&M University and has executive training from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and Duke University.
