Colin Groth is Chief Advancement Officer at StriveTogether, a network of more than 70 communities across the U.S. working to outcomes for children from "cradle to career". StriveTogether provides coaching, convening and investment support to local communities within the US to eliminate inequities in education, housing and other public systems. The StriveTogether Cradle to Career Network reaches 14 million young people – more than half of them children of colour. Colin, who previously worked for Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority, is responsible for growing the organisation’s impact and expanding its national reach including fundraising/development, network growth and communications and marketing efforts. He is past president of the Charter Committee of Greater Cincinnati, a recipient of the 40 under 40 awards for both Mass Transit Magazine and the Cincinnati Business Courier. A certified Results Based Facilitation Coach and past Results Based Facilitation Network board member, Colin is also a member of the Annie E. Casey Foundation's Advanced Practitioners Community and the World Economic Forum/Schwab Foundation Social Innovators Global Community.
