Her research interests are in developing optical imaging and spectroscopy instruments for applications in cardiac electrophysiology and interventional cardiology.
Dr. Fleming is the principal investigator of the Structure Function Imaging Laboratory which objective is to develop high-resolution optical imaging modalities and real-time image analysis for understand how structural remodeling affects function of organ systems such as the heart and the breast.
