Christie Burley is a leader in innovation and sustainability, specializing in decarbonization, sustainable finance, and natural capital.

Ms. Burley is a Vice President at BlackRock and the co-founder of ReWorld.eco, a non-profit platform that supports conservation organisations to scale. Ms Burley also serves on the US Stakeholder Council for 1t.org and is the Curator for the Washington DC Global Shaper Hub.

Ms. Burley’s prior experience in nature and climate spans international organisations (such as UNEP), the private sector, and academia. She is also a leader in decarbonizing aviation, pioneering sustainable fuels at IATA, IAG, and as an academic for LSE where she designed a novel electro-fuel.
