Mr. Chenhao Ge is the Head of China at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), where he spearheads the Exchange’s strategic initiatives and business development efforts across the region. In this capacity, he advises companies at various stages of growth, providing expert guidance on navigating the complexities of the U.S. capital markets and the NYSE listing process.

Prior to joining the NYSE, Chenhao held key roles at multiple U.S.-listed companies, where he was responsible for corporate finance and strategic development, including equity and debt financings, investor relations, strategic mergers and acquisitions, and investment portfolio management. He began his career as an investment banker at Citigroup in Hong Kong, advising on high-profile transactions across Asia.

Chenhao holds an M.A. in Economics from New York University, an MPhil in Finance from the University of Cambridge, and a B.A. in Economics (Summa Cum laude) from the University of California, Berkeley.
