Bayartsetseg Jigmiddash (Bayaraa) works for the Green Climate Fund, the largest multilateral climate fund. Lawyer by training, she served as the Secretary of State of the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs of Mongolia overseeing the national legal and security policy, and the law enforcement agencies from 2012 to 2016. She also served as the Legal Advisor to the President of Mongolia. Prior to these posts, she worked with international non-governmental organizations on human rights and development issues. Bayaraa graduated from Harvard Law School and has been a fellow at Yale University and Columbia Law School.
