Bagas is a dynamic professional with extensive cross-functional experience. After previously led operations and projects, he currently serves as a Senior Business Development Executive at Waste4Change, a leading waste management startup in Indonesia.

His notable works in this sector include establishing an organic waste management ecosystem in Bandung, Indonesia, processing up to 180 tonnes of organic waste monthly. He is also the proud winner of the 2023 Climate Impact Innovation Challenge where he and his team proposed a solution to address low-value plastics.

In addition to his role at Waste4Change, Bagas works as a part-time business analyst and English teacher. He is passionate about making a positive impact in the world and enjoys connecting with people to learn and exchange ideas.
