Arun Kumar Jain is Managing Director of Fluor Corporation’s India entity that employs 3500 people and has been established in India for 22 years. Previously he was with power equipment manufacturer BHEL and Bechtel India.

His responsibilities include business, operations and risk management, talent development, project management, business development and creation of innovation capital, working with multiple clients in the power, oil, gas, petrochemicals, chemicals, steel, food processing, mining, metals, infrastructure, manufacturing and diamond industries.

Arun is an indefatigable advocate of anti-corruption principles and business ethics and governance. Closely involved with CII's National Committee on Business Integrity & Transparency in Governance; Vice President of the Governing Council of Global Compact Network India; United Nations Global Compact’s Office for India and South Asia; CEO Roundtable; World Economic Forum & Partnership Against Corruption Initiative (PACI); Transparency International; OECD and Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) and U.S. Department of Commerce and Confederation of Indian Industries (CII).

Arun is currently a Member of the National Executive Board (NEB) of Amcham India, leading the revival of the dormant Amcham Infrastructure Committee since 2013 and has been its Chairperson since. He is Chair of the Catalyst India Advisory Board, and a member of the Editorial Board of International Construction Safety and Health Research Journal by Virginia Tech, USA and IIT Kanpur; Board of International Management Institute and New Delhi’s Centre for Leadership and Diversity. He is also avidly engaged in philanthropy and giving.
