Mr. Arkhom Termpittayapaisith is the current Minister of Finance for Kingdom of Thailand from 2020. Mr. Arkhom has an extensive experiences in economics, policy planning and infrastructure development. Prior to the position, He was Minister of Transport from 2015 - 2019 and Deputy Minister of Transport from 2014 - 2015. An experienced economist, he was a career long civil servant serving his last position as Secretary General of National Economic and Social Development Board from 2010 - 2014.

He graduated BA in Economics from Thammasat University, Thailand and MA in Development Economics from Williams College.
