Antoine is the President, CEO, and cofounder of Ÿnsect, the world-leading producer of mealworms as high-performance natural protein ingredients for plants, animals, and humans. Over the past 10 years Antoine has helped shape this nascent agri-food sector. He is actively involved in the International Platform of Insects for Food and Feed (IPIFF) association, is a board member of Agriloops (aquaponics farming) and OrgaNeo (organic waste recycling).
He has been recognized as an 'Innovator Under 35' by MIT Technology Review, a future economic leader by Choiseul 200 and in 2019 Ynsect was awarded a Tech4Good prize as well as identified as one of the Next 40 (companies whose growth translates to a positive impact on both the economy and society) by the French Government.
