Dr. Anita Gupta, WEF Member Expert and World Women Davos Agenda Delegate, is a pioneering physician anesthesiologist-pharmacist renowned for her innovative solutions to critical health challenges. Serving in roles ranging from General Partner, SVP, and Senior Advisor at the Milken Institute to Chief Surgeon of New York City, she leads impactful initiatives addressing the global drug crisis and expanding access to medicine. Appointed by the American Society of Anesthesiologists, Dr. Gupta advocates for expanded naloxone access at the U.S. FDA and provides frontline insights into the drug crisis.
