Tianjin TEDA Group is a state-owned company based in the Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area, an economic zone in China. It has registered capital of around RMB 2.2 billion and total assets of RMB 50 billion. It owns the Teda Company, Beijing Vantone Pioneer Real Estate, and focuses on urban development in Tianjin and other cities across China. It has the land reserves of around 4 million square metres and a total floor area of about 6 million square metres.
