It has a global presence and spans the entire value chain from prime contracting to equipment. t is partially state-owned by the French government,and has operations in more than 56 countries. It has 80,000 employees in 2019 and generated €15.86 billion in revenues in 2018. As of 2017, it is also the 8th largest defence contractor in the world and 55% of its total sales are military sales.
