Shift360 is a Swiss foundation registered in 2011. It facilitates market-based solutions that address social inequalities in the Greater Mekong sub-region by: catalysing fair and sustainable employment; improving access to services essential to economic growth; and influencing decision-makers to adopt a common-good approach. The organization's 360-degree approach seeks to engage the private sector, governments, academia and religious leaders to bring innovative and creative solutions to poverty. It is currently launching the Academy of Culinary Arts Cambodia through a public-private partnership approach.
