Optimomes is a provider of childcare offering staggered hours for parents who work early in the morning, late in the evening, and at weekends or public holidays. The families are invoiced according to their income and the children stay at home. Over 1,200 families are using this service for their children up to 13 years. Optimomes wants to expand the idea by letting entrepreneurs implement the model elsewhere and provide tools and methods to ensure that new sites maintain quality control.
