A university, founded in 1993, that offers 20 baccalaureate, 16 master's degrees and 14 PhD programmes. Undergraduate education is offered through five colleges which are the College of Arts and Sciences, the College of Economics and Administrative Sciences, the College of Engineering, the Law School and the School of Nursing. Graduate programmes are offered through three graduate schools. It has a total of 3,947 students with 39% of them receiving full or partial financial aid or scholarships.
