The King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) is an independent, non-profit research institution focusing on global energy economics, policy, technology and the environment across all forms of energy. KAPSARC is located in Riyadh. Its mission is to advance understanding of energy economics and act as a catalyst for dialogue, charting a path to better welfare for societies, locally and globally.
