中国如何推动能源行业向自然受益转型？
自2022年第十五次缔约方大会（COP15）通过相关决议以来，中国正积极推进《生物多样性公约》及“昆明-蒙特利尔全球生物多样性框架”的国内法律转化与落地实施。其目标在于，到2030年实现对至少30%的陆地及海洋国土的有效保护，并以“生态保护红线”制度作为严守生态安全边界的关键举措。
