DTEK Group is a leading private investor in Ukraine’s energy sector. Created in 2005 to manage the energy business of SCM and currently organized as a holding company with six fully-owned sub-holding companies that are incorporated in the Netherlands, the group has most of its operations and assets in Ukraine.
