Conference of European Rabbis

Formed in 1957, the Conference of European Rabbis federates over 700 Jewish religious leaders in Europe, from Ireland to Russia. It includes all the continent's chief rabbis and senior rabbinical judges. It holds consultative status as a recognized international non-governmental organization at the Council of Europe and within the institutions of the European Union.
