Jobs for disabled start with your meals! CASS is dedicated to building a Community Kitchen System that provides business meals to create employment and empower the disabled in China. As the company grows, we maintain more than 50% disabled workers and employ them with a decent salary.
CASS focuses on healthy and nutritional meal bundles and charge between $2.50 and $20 per meal, which can be tailored to the needs of B2B clients. Our B2B customers can get business meals in the market price while obtaining a good corporate image. We are passing our love through food. We hope to partner with more companies to establish an employment and entrepreneurship (DEE) platform for disabled people in China, so that employment opportunities are not limited to the food industry and many disabled people can obtain desired employment. In next five years, we aim to employ 2,000 disabled workers, enable 100 disabled people to start their own businesses, and serve 500,000 meals to the elderly.
The unique solution is based on the idea of cooperation with governments and companies while bringing significant benefits to both parties in this relationship. CASS’s primary approach is to sell business meals for profit in order to provide job opportunities for disabled people. Companies can benefit from purchasing business meals at market price while also promoting their social image. Local governments also have milestones to open community-based kitchens for the elder. Nonetheless, in seeking help for the operation of community-based kitchens and in achieving viable business models, local governments feel more comfortable cooperating with social enterprises than with for-profit businesses. Ultimately though, CASS’s long term approach is to create a wider employment and entrepreneurship platform for disabled people in China. We currently employee 35 disabled people, with this number increasing, and we seek to encourage our business partners to do the same in the future.
