Prior to taking the helm of BCG Greater China, Chun was the leader of BCG’s Healthcare practice in Greater China. She has served various multinational and local healthcare clients on strategic and operational topics, covering healthcare reform impact and growth strategy; R&D, especially new technology platforms; commercial excellence and digital transformation; and organization change.
Currently, Chun dedicates significant time in big data and AI in healthcare. She also supports clients in healthcare and other industries on climate and sustainability through technology and business model innovations.
Prior to joining BCG, Chun was the COO of Beijing Genomics Institute. She was also the co-founder and COO of iCarbonX, a health care big data and artificial intelligence company.
Chun holds a B.S. degree in biochemistry from Peking University and a Ph.D. degree in Genetics from Yale University.
