Shamina is the Founder and President of the Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth and the Executive Vice President of Corporate Sustainability at Mastercard. She is also President of the Mastercard Impact Fund, where she is responsible for activating a $500 million commitment to advance inclusive growth around the world. Shamina is a member of Mastercard's Management Committee and serves on the boards of ADL and the Ann Richards School for Young Women Leaders.
