Scott is a senior partner in the Washington, DC office where he helps design and implement large-scale transformation programs in both the public and private sectors. He has led performance transformations in large government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and not for profits across the United States and globally on topics including strategy, operational excellence, supply chain, commercial excellence, organizational design, culture, talent, change management, capability building, and mental wellbeing.
Scott is the global coleader of the McKinsey Center for Government, a global hub for world-class research, analysis, and collaboration in government productivity and performance. He also serves as the dean of McKinsey’s Change Leaders Forum and as the global partner-sponsor of Veterans at McKinsey, a network of more than 500 military veterans across the globe.
