Samer Al-Samarrai is a Senior Education Economist working in the World Bank’s Indonesia office. Since joining the Bank in 2011, Samer has worked on many aspects of the World Bank’s education projects in Indonesia and supporting the government through policy advice and analysis. Prior to joining the Bank, Samer was a senior policy analyst in UNESCO’s Global Monitoring Report team and has worked on education issues in many countries in Africa and Asia.
