Rajul Awasthi is Senior Public Sector Specialist in the Governance Global Practice at the World Bank. He leads the tax policy and revenue administration workstream, primarily in the ECA region. Previously, he has been a senior member of the Investment Climate Tax Team of the World Bank Group since 2008, leading business taxation programs in several countries in East Africa and South Asia, and as the Regional Coordinator for Latin America and the Caribbean.
